We ship worldwide. Shipping is a simple flat rate calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size, so there are no surprises.
- Flat rates: from $14.99 within Canada, $21.99 to the United States, and $39.99 internationally. Larger orders that ship in a box are a little more, and your exact rate is always shown at checkout.
- Processing time: orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery: within Canada is typically 2-9 business days, the United States 5-10 business days, and international 1-4 weeks, depending on destination and customs.
- Tracking: you'll receive an order confirmation by email, with tracking provided where available.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your ritual. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted on unopened products.
- To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
